Items purchased with letter mail shipping is sent untracked via Canada Post at the owners expense and risk. Should items be substantially delayed or lost, we are not responsible to refund items purchased. We offer tracked shipping on every physical product that will include both a tracking number and insurance should something happen to your items in transit.
